Getting my siblings to participate in a detailed fashion interview was something of a disaster and the resulting product was so hysterical that I decided to be merciful and keep most of it safe in the archive of "Flynn Follies". Instead, I am going to showcase some of the FlynnKids' best looks from fashion week, let you know a little bit more about each of them, and share some some of the serious answers from their interview - albeit tongue in cheek. ;)
I have the misfortune to know Lydia, Anna and Aidan better than most people on the planet. Sharing a room with the former and being subject to the escapades of the middle and latter have brought about a sort of intimacy that could be called "partners in crime". That said, they are some pretty cool kids... most of the time. ;)
If you ask any of the trio, they will tell you that it's not so much about dressing fashionably as it is about having fun.
Aidan - "What is 'fashion'?"
Lydia - "When I was younger, I used to think fashion was wearing bell-bottoms and white sneakers. Now I realize that style isn’t just about WHAT you’re wearing but also HOW you wear it and how’s it’s all brought together."
Anna has always drawn fashion inspiration from western films (think Roy Rogers) and as for Aidan, there's just two words to describe his current fashion obsession;

Lydia - "Like Olivia (see previous interview), I usually I think about what I will be doing in that day and if I will be meeting anyone. If I’m going out, I always try and make it a point to put on something nice, even if I’m just going to the grocery store. I try to wear well put-together outfits during the week; something I feel good in but looks nice."
Anna - "I just put on the first thing I see."
Aidan - "I just wear anything that’s not pink."
Lydia - "I get inspired a lot by the clothes in the movies I watch. I try to incorporate the different looks, styles, and old fashion themes in to my everyday wear."
Anna's favorite fashionable film character? "Amy Adams as Giselle in ENCHANTED."
Aidan's signature accessory? No shoes.

And Aidan? "Practically all of my clothes come from Target."
The Flynn Kids will quickly give the advice that "you're never fully dressed without a smile", but as for their fashion and beauty tips - "they are too top secret to be posted on the web..."
