Ok, so maybe I'm just a girly-girl, but I adore tulle skirts. They bring back fond memories of when I dreamed of being a ballerina and remind me of the years that the Disney princesses were the most interesting film fashionistas in my mind. It can't be denied that there is something completely feminine and romantic about tulle skirts. There's a soft whisper when you spin 'round, and each ethereal layer ripples at the gentlest breeze.
